What is in them and how to take them.
What makes Vespera different?
We pay for the bioavailable form of each nutrient rather than the cheapest one — magnesium bisglycinate instead of oxide, zinc bisglycinate instead of oxide, K2 as MK-7. Chelated forms absorb better and are far gentler on the stomach, and they cost several times more per kilo, which is exactly why cheaper brands avoid them.
Every active ingredient is printed on the label with its exact amount. No proprietary blends hiding a dusting of the expensive ingredient behind an impressive-sounding total.
How should I take them?
Each product carries specific directions on its label and on its product page here. As a general rule, take capsules with enough water and preferably with a meal.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any medication, speak to a healthcare professional before starting anything.
Can I take several together?
Usually, yes — most people take two or three. But watch for overlap: our pre-workout already contains creatine, so if you also take the creatine monohydrate, count both towards your daily total rather than stacking blindly. The same applies to caffeine across the energy complex, pre-workout and any coffee.

How long before I notice anything?
It depends on what it is. Caffeine works within the hour. Magnesium for sleep typically takes one to two weeks of consistent nightly use. Adaptogens like ashwagandha work cumulatively — judge them after four to six weeks, not after three days.

Are your supplements vegan?
Most are, but not all — and we would rather be precise than give you a blanket yes. Our capsules use plant-based pullulan or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose shells, so the capsule itself is never gelatin, with one exception.
Not suitable for vegans: Ocean Vitality Omega-3 (fish oil, in a bovine gelatin capsule shell), Sculpt & Define Whey Protein in both flavours (milk), and Pure Radiance Collagen (animal-derived peptides). Everything else in the range is plant-based.
Which products contain allergens?
Whey protein contains milk. Omega-3 contains fish. Both are declared on the label and on their product pages here.
Full ingredient lists — including capsule shells, fillers and anti-caking agents — are published on every product page. If you need a specific excipient confirmed, ask us.
Which contain caffeine?
Three. Ignite Energy Complex (180 mg per daily dose, roughly two coffees, plus more from guarana), Ignite Tropical Pre-Workout (caffeine anhydrous), and Cellular Defence Antioxidant Complex (a smaller amount from green tea extract).
If you take more than one, count the total. Caffeine has a half-life of five to six hours, so afternoon doses can affect sleep.

Where are your products made?
All manufacturing takes place inside the EU, by GMP-certified manufacturers, and every formula is made to meet EU and German food supplement regulations — the strictest commonly applied standard in the European market.
Are they third-party tested?
Our manufacturing partners hold GMP certification, which requires documented raw-material verification, in-process controls and finished-product release testing. For batch-specific test documentation, email us with the product and the lot number on your pack and we will go back to the manufacturer.
We would rather set that expectation accurately than claim a certificate we cannot hand you on the day you ask for it.
Why do you not make bigger health claims?
Because in the EU we are not allowed to, and we think that is right. Health claims on food supplements are governed by Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, and only wordings assessed by EFSA are permitted. "Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system" is on the register. "Boosts immunity" is not, so we do not say it.
Where a botanical has traditional use but no approved claim — shilajit and black seed oil, for instance — we describe the tradition and stop there.
Orders & delivery
Where it ships from and how long it takes.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders over €65. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel size.
Where do you ship from, and where to?
Orders are fulfilled from Germany and shipped via DHL across the European Union. Orders are typically dispatched within one business day.
Delivery within Germany is usually 2–3 business days; elsewhere in the EU, around 5. If you are outside the EU, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can reach you.
How do I track my order?
You will get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & refunds
Two separate rights, often confused.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. If the return is accepted we send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Separately, and in addition, EU customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. These are two different rights — the 14-day cancellation window does not replace the 30-day return window.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot normally accept opened supplements back. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, that is a different matter — contact us and we will sort it.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it — you should not be out of pocket for a courier’s handling.
